Concerts/Shows 1-2 hours:

Small venues (capacity 300 or less): $250

Medium venues (capacity 500-999): $450

Large venues (capacity 1000+): $750

Outdoor shows: $500

Festivals:

(1 Day is equivalent to 8 hours)

1 Day: $1750

2 Days: $2500

3 Days: $3500

4+ Days: $1000 additional per day after 3 days

Music and Arts:

(1 day is equivalent to 4 hours)

Music Videos: $500/day

Artist Promos (up to 10 minutes; includes showcases): $250/video

Interviews (Up to 1 hour): $450/interview

Business Videos:

Promos (up to 5 minutes): $1200/ea

Commercials (30-second): $500/ea

Training/Safety Videos (up to 1 hour): $3500/ea

Specialty Sessions:

Burlesque: $200/hour

Boudoir: $250/hour

Main Sessions:

Wedding: $250/hour (max 8 hours) (Includes video by KK Video Services for additional $50/hour)

Engagement: $175/hour (max 4 hours)

Senior Photos: $100/hour

Family Sessions: $125/hour

Couples Sessions: $150/hour

Solo Portrait Session: $125/hour

Music and Arts:

Band Sessions: $125/hour

Artist Showcases: $150/hour

Community Events: $200/hour

Business/Promotional Sessions:

Local/Small Businesses: $350/hour

Large/Chain/Franchise Businesses: $750/hour

Specialty Sessions:

Burlesque: $175/hour

Boudoir: $200/hour

(Framing of any works from any sessions must be requested at the time of final session payment and will cost an additional $150 per piece—standard size and canvas only—due to the cost of 3rd party framers)

Chadakoin Studios does not offer studio photography sessions at this time.

K.K. Video Services & Chadakoin Studios do not offer erotica or pornographic sessions.

DISCLAIMER OF PAYMENT OF SERVICES:

*(Certain circumstances will apply. Please communicate with videographer/photographer with any issues and we will do our best to accommodate to your needs.) *

Please note that 3 payments will be made toward the total invoice amount (the amount you book for will be the total amount broken up into 3 equal payments for insurance purposes.)

Payment 1. Upon booking a session and reception of initial invoice, 1/3 of the total rate will be due. Booked session will not occur until the initial deposit is made. If payment is delayed past session date and session dat is less than 60 days from time of booking, this payment/deposit will not be refunded.

Payment 2. Equal amount to the 1st Payment, due upon completion of the session (within 24-hours of the session being completed). Editing will not occur until this 2ndpayment toward the total invoice is made. If payment is not made within 30 days of the session being completed, the editing process will not take place, the relationship between client and videographer/photographer will be terminated, and no refunds will be provided.

Payment 3. The final (3rd) payment toward the total invoice must be made in order to receive the completed product. If the final payment is not made within 30 days of the client being notified in writing of completion of editing process/reception of final invoice, no product will be provided and the relationship between client and videographer/photographer will be terminated. If at any point, the client wishes to pay the remaining due balance after the termination of relationship, they may do so at any time and they will receive the final product.

Usage of Content. The content you pay for is yours to use. However, if you are going to use the images/video content provided for profit, a 15% royalty will apply and must be paid to the videographer or photographer within 30 days of the profit occurring. Examples of for profit occurrences include the following (except in terms of express written permission that proceeds may be kept by the client):

  • Concert film showings where the public is charged admission

  • Concert film in which the full film is sold by the band/artist (online, through distributors such as Apple TV or iTunes, or Amazon Video)

  • Images are used for album art in which the album/singles are sold on iTunes, Amazon, or if physical albums (CDs, LPs, Vinyls, etc) are sold
